Mr. Wender graduated from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island with a degree in Biology. Mr. Wender received his law degree from Southwestern University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. Mr. Wender’s practice involves all aspects of family law proceedings including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, child and spousal support issues, division of property, custody matters, paternity, Domestic Violence Restraining Orders and dissolutions of same-sex marriage.

Mr. Wender is a member of the American Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, Ventura County Bar Association, San Fernando Valley Bar Association and Beverly Hills Bar Association,.

Mr. Wender was recognized as a Super Lawyer: Rising Star by Los Angeles Magazine/Law & Politics for the years 2007, 2008, 2010, 2011 and 2012.

Fern Z. Wender, Esq.

Ms. Wender graduated from Barnard College of Columbia University with a degree in anthropology before receiving her law degree from Southwestern University School of Law. Ms. Wender’s practice involves all aspects of matrimonial law, including dissolution proceedings, litigation of family law matters, interstate and international custody, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, paternity, and minor’s emancipation.

Ms. Wender is a member of various committees and sections of the State Bar of California as well as the American, Los Angeles County and Beverly Hills Bar Associations in the areas of her practice. Ms. Wender is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association’s Family Law Section Executive Committee, where she formally served as chairperson of the Beverly Hills Bar Association Family Law Section. Ms. Wender also previously served on the Los Angeles County Bar Association Family Law Executive Committee. She has written and lectured extensively on family law issues for such organizations. 

Ms. Wender is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in family law. Ms. Wender is also listed in Martindale Hubbell’s Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers as AV rated. In addition, Ms. Wender is listed as a family law “Super Lawyer” in Southern California by Los Angeles Magazine. Ms. Wender also served as a Mediator in the Los Angeles County Superior Court Family Law Mediation Program. Ms. Wender also serves as an arbitrator for the Los Angeles County and Beverly Hills Bar Associations in their attorney-client dispute resolution services.
